Summary

After a successful pitch win, our client a leading top 100 agency is looking for a world class Account Leader to help us set up a ground-breaking new eCRM program for a large spirits manufacturer in Russia.

You will be reporting to the CEO of agency in London, you will be responsible for setting-up and managing teams across strategic, creative, platform build, content producers and comms, as well as a number of third parties (e.g. data partners, content partners etc). You will be the day to day Client lead, defining final scope of the project, establishing ways of working and delivering the program on time and on budget.

You will be expected to spend most of your time in Moscow, with regular trips to the UK. Experience in the Russian market and/or the ability to speak Russian would be a real asset but not essential. Other favourable exp would be considered like a knowledge of the client or the product area.

As Business Leader, you will have responsibility for the integrated team and the existing client relationships. You will hold yourself and your team to the highest possible standards, settling for nothing less than brilliant service and flawless delivery. You’re not afraid to take the difficult path and you’ll do what it takes to get the work right.

You will have experience as a senior client service leader in a top agency, where you will have produced award-winning work for fmcg brands. Experience of integrated or multi-disciplined campaigns is ideal, but more important is experience in large scale digital platforms and eCRM programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • The overall successful delivery of the new eCRM program.
  • Definition of scope of work, timings and budgets.
  • Tight management of a complex multi-agency budget and billing schedule.
  • Set-up of teams in London and Moscow, including recruitment where required.
  • Demonstrating personal leadership skills on client business, whilst also setting clear expectations and performance benchmarks for the team (job descriptions, appraisals, objectives, etc.).
  • Inspiring the team by injecting energy, enthusiasm and knowledge into the key areas of focus for the program.
  • Engage with and leverage the support of the senior leaders in each agency to help identify and ameliorate any issues relating to the program.
  • Working with the Executive Creative Director to set the creative agenda for the program, inspiring the creative team, the broader agencies and the clients around this vision.
  • Act as inspiring leader within the agency and client environment – collaborating with both internal teams and external teams to create an integrated solution for the client.

In addition, you will be:

  • Degree qualified with 7+ years agency experience, most recently in a senior client leadership position.
  • Experienced in managing large, fast-paced, high volume accounts and able to work under pressure and against tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in developing digital and eCRM campaigns.
  • Experienced in international campaigns, working across borders with multiple stakeholders, ideally in Russia.
  • Experienced negotiator, who can secure the best value and quality from 3rd parties.
  • Awarded for your work.
